Our in-house architect designed this contemporary kitchen / family room extension to provide a large living space and patio area to create indoor / outdoor living.

This complex construction uses cantilevered steel beams to enable the slimline aluminum frames to completely open up without a post or masonry to support the structure.

The patio and family room floor have the same porcelain tile for the popular seamless transition from the garden to the kitchen which was designed and installed by ‘Classic Kitchens’.

The glazing structure was so heavy it had to be installed by a robot.

The extension was nominated for a design and construction award by the local authority.
