On the site of a demolished 1970s bungalow, we constructed 4000 sq ft of high specification contemporary accommodation including hard/soft landscaping and interior design. This property was built included photovoltaic roof panels for onsite energy, cedar feature spandrel panels to all elevations, underfloor heating, multi-media music system, high-performance slimline aluminium windows and monocouche render externally.

 The overall contract price was kept within the original budget of £600,000. From start to finish the contract took 38 weeks.
