By stripping out all the existing floor structures and adding dormer windows to the roof we were able to add another floor and increase the rentable floor area by 50%. We have created 3, three storey commercial properties all with individual heating and electrical supplies. Our interior designer helped the client decide on floor specification, kitchen layouts, wall colours and external finishes.
