Internally it has received a ‘Nuheat’ overlay small bore ground floor heating system, a complete rewire including alarm and CCTV, plastering throughout, new bathrooms and an impressive designer kitchen. The whole ground floor has received an ‘Amtico’ finish. The grand staircase was refurbished by our French polisher.

Externally we have installed grey aluminum windows, slimline patio door sets and a grand ‘Solidor’ front door. The existing render was taken off and we fitted feature stonework to the rear elevation and a ‘Sto’ silicone render to the rest of the property.
