Shepherds Fold, Rowington

This project was for a Grade II listed building situated in a rural location. The main feature to this extension project was the construction of three 4-metre high oak gable frames, all handmade in our workshop. As a Listed Building, we had to use reclaimed building materials and the brickwork had to be herringbone.

The cost of this project was circa £280,000, which provided the client with a new music room, gym, kitchen master bedroom and ensuite, all to a very high standard whilst keeping with the character and features of the property. Refurbishment to the existing swimming pool, hard landscaping providing 300 sqm of patio and new garden walls were also included in the works.
