Compulsory purchase by local authority after a landlord had let the properties deteriorate.  Completely refurbished and re modelled inside and out, particular attention to energy performance.  Once completed the council offered them for sale on the open market and as we managed to keep within our budget the council ended up with a profit.  The council were so pleased that they invited the local newspaper and Mayor to open the new properties.
