We completed a contemporary rear extension to a domestic dwelling, complete with a new kitchen and log burner to the newly formed family room. Upstairs, we have formed a new bedroom with a glazed balcony and ensuite and downstairs, we have installed a retrofit underfloor heating system with a karndean floor finish over. The total construction cost was circa £120,000.
