Lodge Road Surgery, Smethwick

This was a £260,000 contract to extend and refurbish Lodge Road Surgery, Smethwick for the NHS. The build involved the construction of two new treatment rooms, a new reception area and complete refurbishment to the existing building. Additionally, we had to provide significant electrical works and specialist data installation. The surgery was able to remain fully open throughout the contract period and the privacy of both the staff and patients was upheld.
