Feckenham Road, Redditch

Planning and designing a new side and rear extension, we completed this project in two phases, to follow the client’s requirements. Firstly, we completed a storey extension, creating a ground-floor family room, snooker room, gym and two first-floor bedrooms. Phase 2 comprised the construction of a separate building within the grounds and a swimming pool with changing rooms. The contract price totalled circa £290,000.
