We won through competitive tendering from Thomas White associates. Birmingham planning department insisted we had to match in style and size the properties adjacent to us. However the client wanted our properties to have three storeys so by lowering the ground level slightly, keeping the floor constructions to a minimum and using every inch of loft space we managed to achieve the desired third floor.
