Coppice Gate, Redditch

Technically a very difficult build to ensure that every flat was protected from fire transfer, sound transfer and heat loss. We were able to use the large roof successfully and make two of the flats duplex. Each flat was designed slightly different to be individual. The properties were all sold on the open market achieving a total price of just over 1 million pounds.
