Located in Redditch, on an old builders yard, we constructed five new build houses with three bedrooms. The properties were offered on the open market and sold before completion. All properties were sold before completion to a total value of £830,000. The site had a private drive, landscaped gardens, all houses had three bedrooms, kitchen/dining rooms downstairs, wc and fitted bathrooms. Our interior designer helped design the kitchens, bathrooms and colours.
