Brookhouse, Barnt Green

Here, we constructed a two-bedroom extension to an existing barn with an ensuite and family room, including fitting a new kitchen. A keen eye and attention to detail was needed as we had to match the original external fabric of the refurbished barn. To do this, we used special Monk Bond brickwork and reclaimed roof tiles. The project took 16 weeks to complete, at a cost of £80,000.
