It had a complete new brickwork facade, a re-modelled roof constructed over a steel frame, new residence windows, underfloor heating, a contemporary style open plan kitchen/family room and designer bathrooms.

The construction of this property was a challenging one as the clients remained living in the building during the works. With every part of the building being replaced or upgraded, including the complete removal and reconstruction of the roof structure, the team were challenged at every level to ensure the clients could maintain their daily living within the house, whilst ensuring top quality craftsmanship.
